1.WORK AUTORIZATION
Before we can begin placing machines, equipment, and containment in the property to mitigate the property owner to perform our service on the property, as well as authorization to communicate with your insurance company for purpose of having payment directed to us if you are making an insurance claim.
2.DAMAGE ASSESMENT
Once the property owner has signed our work authorization, we will begin by taking photographs of the property, and employing a range of test to assess the source of the damage. Once our assessment is complete, we will develop a plan of action to mitigate further damage. This includes assessing any safety hazards and mitigating those risk, as well as isolating damaged areas containment.
3.MITIGATION
After we’ve assessed the damage, we will begin mitigating and restoring the property as quickly as possible to avoid any further damage. This may include removing drywall and affected flooring, when necessary, and setting up our restoration equipment to remediate the property. In our mitigation process we will visiting the property regularly to record moisture levels, and ensure the restoration process is according to our plan.
4.BILLING
Because of emergency nature of the services, at this time we are unable to provide you with detailed, written estimate of the services to be performed. Rest assured, we use link?- the industry software – to produce estimates for the mitigation, mold remediation, and fire/smoke damage restoration.
